Lucas
A few years ago I worked in a studio where I photographed little ones everyday. I learnt a lot working in the studio and discovered many little tricks to getting some beautiful images, but there was always a feeling that the photographs were a little too set up and contrived. What I have discovered is that these littles ones feel much more comfortable at home and I love to also capture the essence of the home within the story I am telling. Sometimes this means less room to move and some tricky light but ultimatly the outcome is so much more personalised and tells your story more sincerely. I have followed the journey of Monique and Adrian for a little while now, photographing their engagament, wedding and now the new addition to their family, Lucas.
